The Sit and Go tournament can only start after the table is full. If it's taking too long, you can leave the table and the fees will be given back to you as long as the competition hasn't started.

Players who win with a hand that is equal to or better than a Four of a Kind will receive the Jackpot prize. If you didn't win the prize, it's either because you failed to buy the ticket, you didn't get the hand that you think you did (double check by clicking on the button to review the last hand), or because you were not the ONLY winner. If someone beats your hand (despite having an awarded hand), you won't receive the prize. If all players fold you will not qualify for the Jackpot prize.

The payments are not processed directly by us, they are made through either Google or Apple (depending from what device you play from). It is normal, depending on the payment method chosen, that some purchases take longer to be processed. If this seems to be the case, please check the payment status on your account. 1. Google: Check your transaction history at https://play.google.com/store/account. If your purchase can already be seen here and you still haven't received the chips, send us feedback! 2. If your payment was made via Apple, check the transaction on your iTunes account. If the payment was already processed and you still didn't receive the chips, send us feedback!

You can only win the pots that you have contributed to. In other words, if you have only 300 chips and went all in, and other players kept betting more, you will only win back the 300 chips that you had bet not the entire pot that the others kept betting on when you didn't have enough chips to call. Makes sense, right?

There are a few cases where accounts are blocked:
1. Inappropriate user profile photos (accounts will not be granted access again after this violation);
2. Aggressive or abusive behavior while playing the game being reported by many other players;
3. Receiving chips through illegal transactions on the game;
4. Having any of your purchases charged back or refunded by you or your bank. You can send feedback if you are not aware of the reason that your account was blocked.

First, you can send a report and describe the way in which the other player is harassing or insulting you. You can also block the other player's chat by clicking on the button to block their chat messages.

Apple and Google offer different payment methods according to the region where you play the game from. Please look for other local payment methods after selecting the amount you wish to purchase.
